Jewelry Vortex is located in California so we are required to charge California residents 8.25% sales tax. There is no sales tax for orders originated outside the state of California. With regard to International orders, special taxes may apply.

Can I return merchandise I bought at Jewelry Vortex?

Yes, you can. It is important that our customers are fully satisfied with Jewelry Vortex products, but if for any reason you'd like to return our product, we'll make an exchange or issue a refund. To exchange or return by mail, simply complete the appropriate exchange or return information on the order form and enclose it in a secure box with the merchandise. What happens in case of mispricing?

Our primary goal at Jewelry Vortex is to always provide our customers with the most reliable service and offer the lowest prices. Despite our best efforts, a small number of the items on our Web site may be mispriced due to our extensive inventory. In the event that there is a mispricing of an item, we will contact you immediately for instructions before shipping or your order.

1. In the case that we priced the item too high, we will issue a refund for the difference from the original price with no delay.

2. If the item was priced lower than the actual cost, possibly due to fluctuating cost of precious metals and stones, or in the rare case of mistyping, we will offer a 20% discount off the correct price for that item.

What happens if a stone becomes dislodged? Do you repair for a fee?

We understand that stones may become loose or fall out over time due to daily wear. In the unlikely event that this may occur, Jewelry Vortex will repair/reset our products for you free of charge. Furthermore, if you wish to have your pieces cleaned to preserve integrity, send it back to us and we will clean your jewelry at no additional cost. You will only be responsible for the shipping charges.
