Same Day Shipping

Jewelry Vortex makes every effort to supply your order as soon as possible. Which means once you've completed your online order, we immediately begin the shipping and delivery process, making sure that you receive it in the shortest period of time possible. You will not be charged for your order until the item will be shipped to you.

Jewelry Vortex will provide same day shipping orders, which has been, processed before 1:00 pm Pacific Standard Time Monday through Friday. For all other orders that have been paid for by credit cards after 1:00 p.m. PST Monday through Friday, on a weekend day or a holiday will begin the next business day.

If the item you ordered is not available for same day shipping, it will usually be shipped within two business days after your credit card order has processed. Credit card orders made before 4:00 p.m. PST on Fridays will be delivered on the next business day, which is Monday.

Shipment of Special Orders

Amongst the wide range of products and services we offer to our customers, Jewelry Vortex gives you the option to create special orders. Although we do everything possible to deliver quickly, please be advised that it usually takes longer to process and send than standard orders. Consequently, Jewelry Vortex will be delivering your special order item as soon as they have been tailored to your specifications.

Jewelry Vortex offers free ground shipping on all orders to all U.S. destinations except Alaska and Hawaii which can only be shipped by 2nd day or Next Day service. All orders are shipped using UPS and are fully insured in transit. Delivery time is usually five (5) business days from the time your order has been processed.

International Order

Jewelry Vortex will ship all over the world. Shipping times vary widely depending on the destination. From our experience, shipments take about five business days for Europe, five business days for Asia, and three to four days for Australia.

International clients are responsible for any customs tax or duties. Please note that jewelry Vortex reserves the right to refuse international shipping as per our discretion. In the likelihood that we are unable to ship to your country, we will notify you immediately.

Jewelry Vortex ships your packages via International Service at a flat rate of $29.95 per shipment; shipments to Canada and Puerto Rico are shipped at a flat rate of $24.95.

All international orders must be prepaid in full in U.S. funds via cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank, via wire transfer or by credit card issued by a U.S. bank. For wire transfer instructions, please call our Customer Service Dept.

Since customs policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for further information.
