All diamonds purchased through Jewelry Vortex are warranted for thirty (30) days from the date of shipment. All diamonds (whether or not they are accompanied by an independent grading report) are authentic, genuine and have a consistently high quality and value. Jewelry Vortex does not sell any imitation or costume Jewelry. Independent laboratory certificates are obtainable for all diamonds

Jewelry Vortex warrants to the original purchaser that any item purchased from our company will be free from defects in materials, components or workmanship for a period of 30 days from the date of purchase. We agree to either repair any such defects or replace the item(s), at our option, at no cost to the purchaser.

This warranty covers defects in manufacturing only, and expressly excludes coverage for excessive wear and tear, physical or accidental abuse, loss and theft. This warranty is valid only at Jewelry Vortex . Improper repairs or warranty services performed by someone other than Jewelry Vortex will render this warranty null and void. Jewelry Vortex disclaims any liability for consequential or incidental damages for breach of written or implied warranty of this item, including its merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. This warranty gives customers specific legal rights. They may also have additional rights, which vary from country to country. When returning for repair we can only cover the maximum of eight dollars in shipping costs.

WATCH WARRANTY

All watches Jewelryvortex offers are brand new, genuine, and authentic supplied directly from authorized dealers,distributors and other established lines of distribution within the watch industry. Because of our discounted pricing we are not Authorized Dealers as defined by the manufacturers. Your timepiece is warranted for one to three years depending on the watch brand from the date of purchase, against failures due to defective materials or workmanship, under normal use. Our warranty covers the watch movement and battery replacement for the warranty time period provided that the timepiece has been used and operated in accordance with the instructions in the enclosed manual. This warranty is non-transferable.

This limited warranty covers the watch movement only and does not apply to any part of the watch not expressly warranted, nor does it cover damage or defect caused by abnormal or unreasonable use. For example, the following items are NOT covered by the warranty: watch strap or bracelet, watch battery, glass, plating, or color fading. Improper repair or warranty service performed by someone other than Jewelry Vortex will void this warranty. All shipping and handling costs in connection with warranty service are the responsibility of the customer.

All our watches come with a written warranty, registration card and operating instructions. Each timepiece is carefully inspected to insure that you receive a watch that is perfect working order.

In the rare event that you receive a watch that has been damaged or defective, contact us immediately and the watch will be replaced free of charge. When returning for repair we can only cover the maximum of eight dollars in shipping costs.
