  The first Omega wristwatch was created in 1900, it was not the only first wristwatch manufactured by omega but one of the first industrially made in the world. In 1917 Omega created for the military and was worn by the communication troops of the American armed forces who joined the allies in July 1918. And they designed a watch with a steel protective guard created for extra strength.


The ladies jewelry watch was created for the Paris decorative arts exhibition in 1925. In 1942 they had the first wristwatch marked “Chronometre”. Then the first Omega calendar watch indication the exact time, date, day, month and moon phase was born in 1947. Then the first omega Sea master was created a year later. In 1952 the first version of the famous automatic chronometer wristwatch whose 12-sided dial that everyone loved when it was first introduced.
