  The chronograph on a transparent plastic strap sold 50,000 models in the first year where they created an entirely new category of luxury fashion timepieces which triggered a revolution of the fine watch industry. It was considered a vacation souvenir watch. In 1999, they were aware of the short life span of the “Raft” Dubarry decides to extend its longevity by adding diamonds  in result the “Techno Diamond” was created. Then Dubarry created the first combination of diamond-paved bezel on chronograph with a gel strap. About 150,000 models were sold while thousands of look-alikes begin to flood the market.
