Once you open your PayPal Credit account, you will receive a credit line that is viewed equally either on your usual $250 credit line or your first purchase amount in PayPal Credit. Your credit line increases once you continue making purchases. In addition, if your purchases exceed to the amount of your credit line, this will be treated as a request for an increase of credit line.
Your qualification for an increase in credit line will be determined according to your credit background and your history as a customer in PayPal Credit. This process usually happens during checkout. Nevertheless, there is no need to do anything and it will not slow the process of your checkout.
