A: Most of our wedding bands and rings ship out within one (1) business day. JewelryVortex also offers rings that are made-to-order, which can take from 3 to 10 business days. We recommend reviewing the item availability. As soon as your item is ready, it will be shipped out, and you'll receive shipping notification via email. |
Q: How do I obtain my tracking number? |
A: Shipping tracking numbers are provided via email. You can also view this information by logging into your account with the username and password you created. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with the tracking number, and your account will be updated with this information. |

Q: Can I engrave the ring I purchased? |
A: JewelryVortex offers free laser engraving for most rings including ones made with titanium and other contemporary metals. At this time, we are only able to engrave rings without stones and/or have a width of 3mm or higher. We are unable to offer engraving to necklaces, bracelets, earrings, and pendants. Please note that all engraved items are non-returnable and non-refundable. |
Q: What is the cost for shipping my order? |

Q: I don't live in the US. Can I still place an order? |
A: Yes, you can still place an order if you live outside of the United States, especially if it will ship domestically. JewelryVortex will ship orders to Canada, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands, and certain parts of Europe and Asia. Yet, customers must use PayPal to pay for International Orders. A: We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. We also accept Paypal, Amazon Checkout, money orders, cashier's checks, and wire transfers. All forms of payment must be in US currency. Q: Will I be charged sales tax for my order? |
A: For orders shipping within California, we must charge sales tax. There is no sales tax for orders shipping outside of California. International orders may be charged customs fees. |
Q: I'm not sure about my ring size. What can I do? |
A: We suggest visiting a jeweler in your area to obtain your size and try on rings that have a similar style to the ones you like in our online store. Keep in mind that ring widths (the wider the ring, the tighter the fit) and fit styles (comfort fit vs. standard fit) will make a difference in sizing. If you are unable to visit a jeweler, remember that we do have a 30-day return and exchange policy, so you can try on and exchange/return unaltered, applicable rings if needed. |
Q: I have my own design. Can you make it for me? |
A: JewelryVortex offers hundred of styles and designs, but we currently are not able to manufacture custom pieces. A: We currently do not price match with other stores, but we are confident that JewelryVortex offers the highest quality pieces at value prices. |
Q: How can you offer quality engagement rings and wedding bands at low prices? |
A: JewelryVortex sources diamonds and manufactures most of our rings in-house, minimizing the middlemen and resulting in a lower price for our customers. Because we are able to produce our own designs, we eliminate costs and pass the savings on to you. For items that we do not produce, we work directly with local manufacturers, eliminating any "middleman" costs. |
Q: Are your diamonds conflict free? |
A: Yes. JewelryVortex only works with vendors who ensure that the diamonds are conflict free. All diamond suppliers are screened and must be affiliated with the Kimberley Process. |
Q: How accurate are the weights and sizes in your site? |
A: Our listed weights and sizes/dimensions in our website are accurate by +/- 10%. |
