The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Nice color and pattern. The ring is very thin, and feels like you may be able to squeeze it together by accident. The edge of the ring is very sharp, and you should be careful to not scratch yourself or your loved one. I'm going by a jewelry store to have the edges smoothed.

I'm really into two tone bands and my fiance is into that look as well, so we purchased this as a wedding band. It looks great and very unique. Prepare to have people bring it up in conversation. Feels strong but it is light and I thought the grooves might collect dirt but he wears it 24/7 and it's fine.
