The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. I ordered two rings for me and my fiance, the shipment came on time. the ring fits nicely for both of us. the only con is the titanium marks up easily. I called the jwelryvortex Jewelry and said they would replace them for free. the cubics are placed rightly.

I'm really into two tone bands and my fiance is into that look as well, so we purchased this as a wedding band. It looks great and very unique. Prepare to have people bring it up in conversation. Feels strong but it is light and I thought the grooves might collect dirt but he wears it 24/7 and it's fine.
