The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Most of all, I love the customer support and the fact that the package arrives on schedule. |

Just received this ring for my fiance', it is gorgeous. A little darker in color than in the picture, but that is good! We both love it and are very happy with our choice. Great piece of jewelry! Never knew black diamonds can sparkle! A gift from my husband that is never short on compliments. The "fleur de lis" is a well known symbol and people notice it. Light and wearable. |
