I was very satisfied with this ring. It is an awesome ring and not only is my fiance excited to wear it on our wedding day, he even loves the box it came in. whoever thought a silver ring could look so nice! my hubby wantedt o get a gold wedding band but couldn't afford it but this ring was really nice and shiny and had a good weight to it. glad we bought it!

The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again.
