The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. This ring is ROCK SOLID!! Love iT!! From the design to the detail to the color, absolutely beautiful. The price is more than what I want to pay but never saw a ring like this before and wanted to get it. I gave this ring a 5 the second I saw it. Would rate it higher!
