The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Most of all, I love the customer support and the fact that the package arrives on schedule. |

I love this ring! And my fiance loves it too. I got some help in picking this ring thanks to Jewelryvortex. The braids look gorgeous and overall its beautiful. |
