The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Very happy with this purchase and the overall quality of the jewelrly. They are so cute and sparkly! I've bought a lot of jewelry and I can honestly say these diamond earrings got the best reaction as a gift. Not sure the exact reason, but they've been worn a couple of times and they do look great.

Absolutely the best ring ever! yeah, it's more simpler than trendy rings with a lot of little diamonds out there but I really love it suits my style, my finace knows me well. the diamond looks clear and has a nice sparkle and stands out.

Blown away by this necklace. It is just the most gorgous thing I own! First thing I pull out of the jewelry box to see how it looks with a new outfit.
