The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. I wear this ring sparingly but when I do I always bring a story with it. I like to tell people that the cable is from the original tacoma narrows bridge that collapsed and I'm preserving it in my ring. People are always amazed by it. Ok really, the ring is strong and even though it’s black, it has a great shine, not dull.
