The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Most of all, I love the customer support and the fact that the package arrives on schedule. |

The ring arrived very fast and looks great. The diamonds really sparkle and the ring is good quality. The polished yellow gold goes great with the black onyx stone. I'm very pleased with my purchase and the price was very reasonable. |

Beautiful ring. Strong, durable wide band that my made my wife very happy. I did my homework on this before I surprised her with it, so I knew her style and type of diamond cut that she prefers. Shipping and ordering no problems at all. |

Absolutely the best ring ever! yeah, it's more simpler than trendy rings with a lot of little diamonds out there but I really love it suits my style, my finace knows me well. the diamond looks clear and has a nice sparkle and stands out. |
