The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. My husband and I bought this as a wedding band for him. The site says it could be "for him or for her", in my opinion it's definitely a for him wedding band and it looks great, nice shine, and feels durable.
