The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. whoever thought a silver ring could look so nice! my hubby wantedt o get a gold wedding band but couldn't afford it but this ring was really nice and shiny and had a good weight to it. glad we bought it!
