The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. This ring has a nice comfortable fit, didn't have to buy big or small came in my size and fit nicely. Can't expect too much from these rings that cost pennies, but I definitely take notice when those rings exceed expectations like this did.
