The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. Most of all, I love the customer support and the fact that the package arrives on schedule. |

Love this ring! It's perfect for me since I don't want to wear a diamond, but I want something nicer than a plain band. |
