We were looking for something different in a mens ring. After selecting this ring, I took the picture to a jeweler I have a relationship she said she couldn't come near the price. Sure I read some of the negative reviews. I wss concerned. Well we ordered it, it arrived exactly when they said. They communicated on every step.it exceeded our expectations. It is beautiful, and heavy. I proudly give this ring a 5 plus.

I was very satisfied with this ring. It is an awesome ring and not only is my fiance excited to wear it on our wedding day, he even loves the box it came in. The customer service was great and the item arrived earlier, way ahead of the schedule. I purchased the matching wedding rings and although I returned the item back for exchange because the rings looked so different than from the picture and the milligram is a little smaller than what it says, I will definitely purchase from jewelry vortex again. I'm very impressed with the quality of this ring! Saw the same ring for $280 more on an auction site--so I know I got a great deal when I ordered it from Jewelry Vortex! I will definitely order more rings from this site. The only thing I was unhappy with is when I e-mailed customer service to find out when my ring will be shipped, I never got an answer. I had to make a phone call to get an answer. My shipping was upgraded to over night, so that was nice. Wonderful quality and prices!!!
